Founder & President
Dana Hall founded The Ruth Collective with a clear vision: a world where everyone has access to reproductive healthcare, lives free of fear, and can make their own choices about their bodies. Her deep commitment to safety, respect, and empowerment drives this mission. Dana is dedicated to fostering ally-ship and building an organization that is truly diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Her professional background includes leadership roles at Abrasive Misfit Productions, Inc., ATMTC Academy, Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, and the American Heart Association. Alongside her career, she actively volunteers with CASA for Children and Planned Parenthood Action Fund. Dana resides in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, LTC(R) Steve Hall, their two children, and a menagerie of pets, while still getting used to the region's abundant rainfall. She is passionate and excited about creating positive change, and empowering individuals to within her community and beyond.

Jess Miller is excited to be part of The Ruth Collective, where she brings a genuine sense of empathy and compassion. She is deeply committed to ensuring equitable access to reproductive and gender-affirming healthcare, particularly for underserved communities. With 13 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Jess combines her healthcare expertise with a passion for creative strategy. She's not just meticulous with medical charts and data; she also loves designing impactful social media strategies, crafting engaging content, and helping businesses elevate their brand. Her ability to analyze and organize, proven by her successful management of complex situations like COVID-19 outbreaks, allows her to provide clients with both practical and innovative solutions. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Jefferson College of Health Sciences. She looks forward to contributing her unique perspective and skills to further The Ruth Collective's mission.

Leah Hill
Director, Volunteers & Training
Leah Hill is a dedicated business owner, volunteer, and advocate for women and children. She is passionate about assisting women in finding essential resources and support for reproductive healthcare. Leah brings a wealth of professional experience and compassion to The Ruth Collective, with roles such as Executive Director, HR Manager, and Safety Instructor. She has over 25 years of volunteer work with local organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce and the 21st Century Program, as well as with local LGBTQIA+ and Black Lives Matter events, and with her children's school and local Rec Department. A devoted wife and mother of three, Leah enjoys reading, gardening, and spending quality time with her family, "farm" animals, and gardening in her free time. This combination of professional expertise and personal commitment makes her a valuable asset to the community.
