With a diverse professional background in both political and nonprofit fundraising, management, strategic planning, and extensive volunteer experience, she is dedicated to building an inclusive organization and creating positive change within her community and beyond.

Monica is a healthcare industry leader with over 20 years of experience as Vice President & Director of Client Solutions at Advis, Inc.. She specializes in guiding healthcare providers and ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. In addition to her professional contributions, Monica is a dedicated champion of human rights, advocating equitable access to healthcare for women and the LGBTQ+ community.
