Monica is a healthcare industry leader with over 20 years of experience as Vice President & Director of Client Solutions at Advis, Inc.. She specializes in guiding healthcare providers and ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. In addition to her professional contributions, Monica is a dedicated champion of human rights, advocating equitable access to healthcare for women and the LGBTQ+ community. Alex is a highly skilled legal strategist and mentor with over 11 years of in-house generalist experience, joins us from SPINS LLC, where she serves as Assistant General Counsel. Alex's expertise in providing C-Suite advisory, leading complex strategic deals, managing IP portfolios, and implementing DE&I programs will greatly enhance our strategic direction and operational capabilities. Dorie Overby, who brings over 20 years of valuable experience as an HR Executive. She has a wonderful depth of knowledge in areas like strategic planning, employee engagement, and talent management. She has led and supported teams across the US, Europe, UK, Germany, and South Africa. Her expertise in organizational structure, change management, and compliance will be a fantastic addition to our board.
